For a quick pick me up, try maple syrup in your coffee and tea, on top of your ice cream , sticky buns, beets, grapefruit, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, carrots, oatmeal, winter squash, brussel sprouts, a spoon in the middle of the night. Try stirring into a glass of milk or sparkling water. Sharp cheddar cheese and maple syrup? You betcha.
