Maple is a great compliment to so many dishes, more than just pancakes and french toast (don't get us wrong, we love pancakes and french toast). Below is a growing list of our favorites. Have a recipe? Please let us know!

Quick Toppings

For a quick pick me up, try maple syrup in your coffee and tea, on top of your ice cream , sticky buns, beets, grapefruit, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, carrots, oatmeal, winter squash, brussel sprouts, a spoon in the middle of the night.  Try stirring into a glass of milk or sparkling water. Sharp cheddar cheese and maple syrup? You betcha. 

Maple Sugar

Maple Sugar might be new to your pantry, or maybe this has been you secret ingredient  for a long time. Either way, here are some ways we recommend. 

Remember, you can replace white sugar 1:1 with maple sugar!

  • On your bacon or breakfast sausage
  • Mixed in Overnight Oats
  • Stirred into Coffee and Tea
  • Add to the batter of your pancakes and waffle
  • On top of your greek yogurt
  • Add to your warm grain bowls
  • Mix with your next recipe using Ginger (try this on your roasted carrots)
  • Caramelize your onions with Maple Sugar
  • Blend with Cinnamon (try on popcorn)
  • Mix with red pepper flakes (try this on pork chops or Brussels Sprouts)
